The Therapist's AI Playbook offers digital products including the Full Playbook and Free Guide. These are educational resources designed to help licensed therapists implement AI tools in their clinical documentation workflows.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital product(s) via your account dashboard. Delivery is electronic; no physical materials are shipped.

A single-user license covers one individual practitioner. You may use the playbook content in your own clinical practice but may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access credentials with other practitioners.

For group practices (2–10 clinicians) seeking to standardize AI adoption across their practice, contact us at hello@therapistaiplaybook.com for group licensing options.

You may not use the content for resale, training other professionals (unless under a group license), or derivative commercial works without our express written consent.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Full Playbook. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@therapistaiplaybook.com and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The Free Guide is, by definition, free and has no refund policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Therapist's AI Playbook and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

All content within The Therapist's AI Playbook — including text, prompts, templates, frameworks, and documentation — is the intellectual property of The Therapist's AI Playbook and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content in your own clinical practice. You do not acquire any ownership interest in our intellectual property by purchasing our products.

Access to purchased products requires a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login credentials with other practitioners — doing so constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.

Purchasers of the Full Playbook receive lifetime access to product updates. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of this product as offered by The Therapist's AI Playbook. We reserve the right to discontinue this product with reasonable notice to existing customers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers via email. Continued use of your account following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
